Tayside Pesto

  • The Gael Gin 60ml

  • 12 basil leaves

  • 22.5ml fresh lemon juice

  • 10ml simple syrup

  • 20ml Dolin dry vermouth

Muddle basil and gin, add other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into old fashioned glass with cubed ice. Garnish with basil sprig.
